is there a quicktext program ?

to avoid typing the same phrases again and again i would need a little tool that is accessible from anywhere with a dropdown of choices i entered before..

i found devon accesspanel doing this but its prehistoric and will not install on my axim x3i

I use Resco Keyboard Pro for this task. I think there are some others, I'll have to check.
