I added program icons using the TrayLaunch utilities of PHM Tools and they work ok. My Question is that the icons are a folder image instead of the regular program Icon. How do you get teh proper program icon to be displayed?

When I used to use this feature - it showed the programme icons okay. Have you tried to relink to the programmes? or a soft reset?

Not much help, I know, but it appears that no-one has had the problem you are describing.

I had issues with my PPC locking-up using this feature with PHM.

As an aside, SBSH have now introduced this feature (and more) into iLauncher 2 - they even allow you to have up to 12 different lists that you can switch between - all the tray, with the option of not using any today screen real estate - pretty cool feature see HERE

That sometimes happens if programs are on the SD card.
