not there.
I used pocket explorer and found the .exe under the windows directory so I know its there. And I use PPX and I have a theme that has it and it works. I would just like it in my list of programs.

Thanks

Go to Start>Settings>Menus

You can select what you want to include in your start menu.

Try using Total Commander for PPC, it's free and provides more functionality then file explorer for PPC:

Use ActiveSync(A/S) to Explore your device and navigate to \Windows. Next find fexplore.exe, right-click on the file and select Copy. Again using A/S, navigate to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs, right-click within this folder and select Paste Shortcut. You now have a shortcut to File Explorer in your Programs folder.
