They other day I found this app, and brought it in at Brighthand. You can make schemes for the power and the backlight/Tap light on/off settings(AC/Battery) , and more then one. The scheme you're using is displayed on the Today screen. Every scheme can be given a name.



If you click on that name you being taken back to the screen where you can choose the scheme you want to use, or edit (3rd pic) a current scheme.





So it is basically a "advanced" version of the power/backlight settings you already have in your PocketPC, though those are use for one scheme at the time.
