I am looking to make certain individual Icons bigger. How is this done. I have seen screen shots of individuals that have Word or Excel as Big as the battery. I have looked, but can't find out how. Any help would be appreciated.

tap and hold on the icon... the tap menu that will appear will have an option for larger icon.... if available.
