i'm looking for a calendar program which will let me easily keep track of the hours i work each day, in several categories (on-clock travel, job time, off-clock travel). since hours change each day, i would like to easily edit start/end times for each category, and the easiest way i can imagine is by "stretching" the time slot in 15 minute increments.

ical, for macintosh, is so far the best calendar program i have seen and i would love to find something similar for the pocket pc, that can sync with my pc desktop. any ideas?
