I myself use MemMaid 1.4 (still on special offer the most, already for some time. I also use Pocket Mechanic, but mainly to benchmark my storage cards and to analyze/defragment them.

Now I do wonder what you are using. So I put up this poll. Thanks for giving your input. If you using something which isn't in the poll, please let us know the name and the link where to get it.

If you look in MyPDA (all are linked) you will see I use the following programmes to keep my PPC in tiptop condition:

Pocket Mechanic
SK Tools
DinarSoft MemMaid
Tweaks2k2
Where is My RAM
PHM RegEdit
Cleaner+ (Freeware)


(You could also add Sprite back-up) as that has 'saved' my system on more than one occasion.

BTW looking at the list - I think I may be a bit paranoid

I personaly use and recommend MemMaid. It has been a great program since day one.
never heard about "Where is My RAM" nor Cleaner+. What features do they offer that I can not find in MemMaid?

Basically less then MemMaid does. I also use MM since day 1

The freeware program can be used to "clear" duplicated notification events.

There are links to these programmes in MyPDA - although as later versions of the bought software are released (especially SKTools and MemMaid) the features included in these freeware apps are becoming integrated into other programmes.

We know that, clear notifications is not new.

As I wrote in the above. MM can do so too. I think it is really silly that you wrote not to use any of the above apps, WHY not?

I use fastcleanup. It fast and easy ,no need to select any options. Just oper the program and its done

If your looking for a confession, then yes, I did write that.
The problem here is your interpretation of what my post meant.
To finally clear this up, the following is a more verbose post that perhaps I should have used in the first place.
