I like Pelmar Wisbar the best for running WM2003SE. I liked #2 WA v.1 when I was running WM2003 and PPC2002.

i tired ic bar but couldnt get it working on my windowsa mobile 2003. When i try to bring down the setting displays for it nothing apears and couldnt figure out how to get new backgrounds. Im about to go out and buy wisbar advaced finnaly the trial version is great and lets me make it look like its a mac.
