I have WisBar Advance, but I dont want the Start> Programs to expand, ya know. "How it is w/o WisBar Advance" Anyone know how to fix this.

I'm not sure exactly were you do this since I don't have wiz bar install now.
But you go to wiz bar settings it must be the third or forth setting from the top
In whichever one it is you select start menu frome the dropdown dialog, select single tap, and just change the setting in the other dropdown dialog.
I know this may sound stupid but at least it should give you a hint.

If you go into Wisbar settings, it is under the button configuration settings. The Start menu shows skinnable menu. If you select the drop down menu, somewhere in the list it has Built-in menu. Selecting this will cause the Start menu to display as normal.
