Is there anyway to display the current temp?
I downloaded the trial version of Spb weather, and I've been trying to figure out if this feature exists in it, like it competitor's.

For instance Marsware's weatherpanel not only show's the 4/5 day forecast (as does spb) but it also show's what the temp currently in my city is. I like the look of spb weather over weatherpanel but weather panel is cheaper (by a couple of bucks) and it seems to offer more features for less.

Never mind, the Spb people responded to my email and stated that its currently not a feature but it will eventually make its way into a new release (when ever that will be).

I suppose its the weatherpanel for me, cheaper and more features. I have to say, as subjective as it is, I think the spb weather is more polished looking but I'm not looking for form over function.

Hope no one wants to lynch me cause, i own just an ipaq, but we share the same OS and most of the hardware is identical is my thinking.(Many camps, many trials more possible cures)


Anyhooo....I am using Pocketweather, have you looked at it?

Reasonably priced ($8.00) and has the feature requested as well as many unmentioned like ones refered to.

Works as good as the others did in trials for me.

Mind you, i am no high fallooting X50V user with screaming mad resolution.

Yup, I looked at it, the screen area is a little busy. Weather Panel and Spb weather are nice in that it displays what you need and no more, unfortunitly spb weather is lacking in features and I wrote and more expensive.

I'll go with weather panel.

FWIW the price itself wasn't an but rather paying more for less ability, it just made no sense. Now I think I have more functionality in weather panel over pocket weather so the price increase there is easier to swallow.

I myself do not own one of those high falooting X50v, but the mid X50.
