After spb plus installed, switch_bar nolonger running?!! does any one have this problem?

when I kick on switch-bar, Ive found that the cpu speed run at 624mhz all the time though I have set cpu speed to auto mode. I have to do soft reset to finish this.

more over, the spb plus slow-down my axim and I feels that it wearing out my battery.

The close (X) button really closes programs, task manager, ...

it's like running two progs on the same function, deactivate the switchbar

You don't need Switchbar if you're running PocketPlus. They don't play well with each other.

So it looks like no one but you and I have problems with this pgm.

I really like alot of the gizmo's and features of the program. But for some reason I can't use it over 3 or 4 days without it screwing up my x50v so bad I have to completely uninstall it.
Now on my wife x30 it runs fine. I gotta think it must be something in the video settings or vga that causes it.

You mean to say you other guys with x50v's have absolutely no problems with this program install?

Don't want to be offensive there, but I assure you that countless users of Pocket Plus are using it flawlessly on their x50v (including me) in either native VGA or true VGA

Not that the user doesn't make errors.

But it is not a user error it's in the program. If it was user error it would occur on the users x30 as well.

Do this, go over to your own View MYPDA section, go down to your
Good MYPDA section and check out the software that your references are using.

You have 4 or 5 users listed there. How many of them are using SPB 2.5? Not many huh? That's gotta tell you something.

Any way I find the SK Tools and SK Menu work flawlessly and you can set them up exactly like you want them.

If it was in the program then everyone using it on the X50v would be having these problems. I don't and several of the others who posted here don't; ergo, something else is the cause.

Yep, Spb Pocket Plus 2.5 is working just fine on my X50v; I haven't had any problems at all since I installed it right after they came out with that version.

I use SPB 2.5 and noticed a shortened batterylife after install. Also switcher bar failed to work. Even hard reset and reinstalled.
A03 rom has resolved these for me. Switchbar works and no battery probs.
Its true SPB + replaces most of switchbar, however its not as convenient to switch between apps.

No problems here. Why would you try to use SwitcherBar with Pocket+ installed?

This is the main reason why I didn't buy sbp plus. I couldn't live without my switchbar. Also I didn't like the fact that it has to be installed on the ram, and slows the axim.

Ihaven't found any sort of decrease in battery life, I just find the PIE plug in cumbersome in order to save pictures. I'm finding that I am continuously clearing the PIE temp files and reloading the picture I want in order to save it. And I also find that the PIE plug in can freeze my Axim where only a soft reset will get it back.
A good piece of software but these two flaws for me are keeping me from calling it great.

I don't have all my apps to close when I hit "X". To switch between opened apps in SPB+ I have to depress the "X" om the current window until a dropdown list appears. If I let go too soon, I shutdown the currect windows.
Switchbar tends to be quicker and less prone to accidental shutting of windows.

I use both SPB+ 2.5 and Switchbar on my X30H A05 and have never encountered any issues like mentioned in the previous posts. I like Switchbar too because it`s faster and more reliable while switching apps. Maybe I`m just lucky...?

No problem regarding Spb Plus. However, I use Wisbar Advance 2 and not Switcher Bar.
