Any way to have switcher bar start automatically everytime i restart? or any app that closes programs other than magic button for free?

go to the windows folder in file explorer, make sure that "view all files" is checked (tap and hold on some white space so the list comes up). then find switcherbar.exe (there will be 2 switcherbars, use the big one) and then tap and hold it so it brings the menu up, then press copy. Then go to the startup folder in the windows folder and tap and hold in white space and press paste shurtcut

Can switcherbar.exe be run on other WM devices? I have a samsung i730 but I loved my switcherbar on my x3i
