How do i copy a cab file to my X30

Hello All. I have learned a great deal from your site, and I am having difficulty copying a cab file from my computer to my Axim X30. After copying from file explorer on my computer, I go to the Mobile Device, but it does not give me the option to copy the file. What am i doing wrong?

Are you clicking and draging it or copying and pasting? C and P dose not work all the time

(you're trying to paste the file to your mobile device??)
I find that in order to paste, I have to left-click on where I want to paste "more than usual" ,before right-click-paste. If you click just "once" it doesn't seem to work .

i usually use my card reader rather than active sync
