I have the battery meter on one of my tabs and of course, on the top of the screen. If you hold down the meter on the tab and choose options, then you will see 2 selections where you can use an estimated battery time or a fixed battery time. Mine used to say 260 or so, but now it changed to 178. It constantly lowers over time, I noticed. Is there a reasoon for this? Is there a way to check my battery to see what the time on it really is? What to do, what to do?

TIA.

One is an average that the unit figures on its own. Depending on your use this number will change as it trys to figure out your average. The other is a number of minutes you can input telling it how many minutes your battery is good for. I guess if you knew for example that your battery would last 300 min each and every time you could use this setting instead. But you are better off with the other option. If you have been doing a lot of stuff that would drain the battery faster this will be shown as your average minutes going down. Good Luck~
