I also recommend Sprite Backup, for the following reasons:

1) Scheduled Backups - I'm the type of person who would NEVER have an up to date backup when disaster strikes if it weren't for this feature. My x30 wakes itself up and does a backup every morning at 3:00am - I LOVE this!

2) Backups as .exe's - This just makes a lot of sense. If the 'unmentionable' should happen while I'm out and about, I can restore without re-installing Sprite first.

3) Selective Restore - Should I happen to delete an important file, I can restore JUST that file, or when I hack my registry to a pile non-functioning bits and bytes ( ), I can restore just the registry.

4) Backup file management - I tell Sprite to keep 7 days of backups on my SD card. I have a recurring reminder every Sunday morning to copy that morning's backup to the PC (which I do over wifi to a shared folder on the PC). I also keep the latest Sunday backup in BIS ( Yes, I'm paranoid ).

5) Compressed backups - This is important considering all the backup files I keep lying around.

6) I have not had to hard reset my x30 since I got Sprite in early Dec. last year.

While I've not tried 'sunny soft' backup, I can't imagine it being better than Sprite.

Cool Sprite!

Definitely Sprite. I've had it for several months... works flawlessly.
