Gmail Notifier for PPC???

Hello fellow members of aximsite.

I currently use gamil(LOVE IT) and do not wish to use outlook to access it on my x50v. Is there a small program that checks you pop3 for new mail?

I use they gmail notification progam on my desktop... is there something similar for my axim? I would just like for it to check when i connect wirlessly and check every few minutes like the progam i have on my desktop.

Thanks a buch!

Whats the beef with Outlook? I have my gmail account set up though Outlook, its very easy to setup and use, it automatically pops up with how many new messages are in my inbox when I logon, and you can hit send/receive button just to be sure. Its already on your PPC so you might as well use it.

Well i often have big emails... and unless i am constantly deleting them... them my email is saved to my main memory.. thus cramping my space.

You can access Gmail through the web not in PIE. Also you can set outlook to download only the message headers so it wont take up any space.
