program to backup C F card?

I have all of my applications installed on my CF card. I use the standard backup with activesync regularly, but im SOL if my CF card dies.
Are there any backup programs that allow you to backup ram/rom + CF/SD? thanks

Sprite Software will do it, but if you have a card reader, you can just manually copy the contents of the card onto your PC.
