Socket Wifi Companion
Hey,
Do you guys know, if I should get this utility for my Wi-Fi? It's suppose to be a Intuitive, graphical software that greatly improves the user’s experience detecting Wi-Fi hotspots, and more. Helps set up and monitor a connection, performs basic site management functions, views access points and determines the strength of a wireless connection. www.socketcom.com Has anyone of you tried it? | |||

Tried it, love it, but decided to use Hitchhiker instead. Don't get me wrong, Socket Wi-Fi Companion, as its name implies, it's really your best Wifi companion. If you use Wifi very often, by all means, just buy it. My reason for not buying it was that I rarely using Wifi, so the ROI (Return of Investment) will not be that good for me.

Socketcom's service, software and product have been very satisfying to me. However, that software makes it easier but not doing more that Dell's free untility.
