Is there something like a tool to switch the screen of my x50v horizontally? I want to use TomTom as a HUD (Heads-up-Display) using my windshield to reflect the display, especially at nights. Any ideas?

Do you mean to rotation the screen?? If so, it's built in.

Start -> Settings -> Systems Tab -> Screen

Or it's easier to go Start -> Settings -> Buttons, and map one of your buttons to <Rotate> so next time it will rotation at a push of a button.

No, he's talking about taking the image and making it a mirror image. Literally. He is wanting to view the screen off of the reflection it makes on the windshield.

I don't know of any software that does that.

Yeah, you're right. I read, that an older version of TomTom had that integrated but the actual one does not have it. Seems to be difficult to implement :-(

has anyone found a way to "mirror" the display yet?

couldnt you just physically turn the ppc?
