System optimizational programs

I was wondering if there are any really good system optimizing programs. Like for example, MemTurbo for the PC. I can recall Pocket Facelift as one but are there others?

Try Softwinter Storage Tools. It has a defragmentation program for memory cards.

Remover is a cool utility!

Try Remover V0.85. It will find and allow you to remove:
Installed programs
Bad/Old uninstall info
Invalid shortcuts
Temporary and junk files
Invalid registry entries
Temporary and cache folders
Duplicate files
Large files
Databases
Notify queue

Try it, it's freeware. I got it at: Remover v0.85

But be "vewy vewy caweful." Read the help file first. Some things you just might want to leave alone.
