It comes as part of the updated version of Explorer. Icons seem to be QVGA, but I really like it a lot nonetheless. It seems quite stable. It is sort of a combo of todaysinfo and launcher, giving you power and memory information, and also letting you launch programs.

Its a pretty nice add-on. It seems like the growing trend is toward software becoming more expensive and including more features. Either way, this new plug-in is really slick.
