Currently I have 3 backup options:

1. Sprite Backup
2. Axim Backup (buit-in)
3. Activesync Backup

Now what is the difference between these backup systems? And which one should I use to backup my data?

No. 1 - It's worth every penny...

If you have Sprite I would use that... If not ActiveSync is OK.

I see. So sprite is the way to go! but still the question.. what is the difference between these 3 backup systems?

1. Sprite is fast, can schedule unattended backups, can backup to your pc, can backup any of your mem's(cf, sd and bis) and can make self rerstoring backups.
2. Axim BU is fast but doesn't do all the bells and whistles. can only save a back up to a sd or cf card and cannot backup bis or sd and cf cards.
3. Active Sync BU is by far the slowest and not nearly as reliable in my experience. I have had many corrupt files and do not use this anymore.
