CONVERT2.exe

Hello Again,
I have a cool and useful mini program I can share with anyone who wants it. It is a program that can convert anything to anything. Including but not limited too speed, foot pounds of torque, volume, liguids, gases, whatever you need. But I cannot attach it here because it is an execuitable file, I am sure this web site would be concerned about a virus. The reason for this inquiry is I want to run it on my AXIM X50V. It is downloaded but I get an error message that states 'convert2' is not a valid Pocket PC application. How can I get this to operate? Anybody who does any engineering, cooking, planning or whatever would find this extremely useful. I think I need to assign a program to this convert2 to operate, but what? and how do I do it?
Thanks for anyones help!!!
Dave. If you post your e-mail address I can send this to you at no charge.

I don't think you can run it unless it is a pocket PC program.. Windows XP or 98 programs just won't run
This week I have been mostly listening to..... Short cummings audio

Is it a freeware app? Do you know where it came from?

If the program is not free you can't share it for free. All programs must be written for a PPC processor to be able to run on a PPC. Do a search for conversion programs at www.tucows.com or www.download.com in their PPC sections. It would be nice of you to remove the section of your post offering the program at no charge if it isn't a freeware. Check the link in my sig for aximsite rules.

Thanks,

Thanks,
I believe I saw a link with this mini program stating this was freeware. I did not pirate this from anywhere. I appreciate your concern, as I would not intentionaly engage into anything illeagle. Thanks for the input I will investigate those sites you listed for a similar program.

I know for sure it is not a set up file as it is a small basic calculation program. I store it along with many other things on a 128mb memory stick. It works on anything I need it too, and it does not have to be downloaded to a PC hard drive or C drive. I would love to get it working on my AXIM X50V.

It's a PC app right?

The PPC does not execute PC binaries. There is your problem.
