Well given that I only know the words for numbers in English, Japanese, German and Spanish, I will have to say English, however there may be other languages, not sure

Statisics show that 5% of the people living in my home town have unlisted numbers. If you selected 350 names from the town's phone book, on average, how many of these people would have unlisted numbers?

Using the numbers 0 to 9 once each, what combination will add up to exactly 100? You may only use addition!

Interestingly, all possible answers yield a number that is integer-divisible by 9. Although, if you add them thus:
1 + 2 + 3 + (-4) + 5 + 6 + 78 + 9 + 0 = 100.
Also, this works:
10 + 2 + 3 + (-4) + 5 + 67 + 8 + 9 = 100.
I assume there are a great number of solutions assuming that "You may only use addition" will allow the addition of a negative number.
