...we used punch cards to program a computer in school. We'd hand the cards in to the teacher and a couple weeks later we'd get them back. If the program failed you'd have to start the process all over.

Remember when you would run out of the house in the summer after breakfast, and maybe see your mom at lunch time, maybe, and then not again until dinner, when she called and called you through the neighborhood. And then, after going back out after dinner, you finally went home when the street light was on.
Wait! I remember when bands played instruments! And if some football player celebrated after a play the other guys would pummel him. Imagine Walter Payton doing an endzone dance. Never! Back then he'd score, toss the ball to the ref and run off the field. He'd act like he'd been there before because he had. Many many times.
