i rember desperattley wanting a computer when i was 6-7. i am now 13 and i have more than 13 computers/pdas/NAS devices in my room.....
i remember sitting in my classroom (before i home schooled) and hearing the principal come over the overcom and saying that a plane had crashed into the world trade center i didnt know what the trade center was at the time and thought that it was an accident...i remember getting home from school and my dad calling from work telling me to not drink any tap water as it could be posined (at the time no one really knew what had happened with the trade center and people thought that the terrerest had also posined the water supply)....
i remember the day i got my axim.... i plugged it in and fell in love with it.....
i remember when my family got our first computer... a dell XPS with a 255mhz prosser and 64meg of ram......
er... I'll have to leave myself a note to put a post here in 20 years. Hopefully nobody will mind me bringing up and old topic

I remember when I got my "high end" 2.4GHz P4...
Of course, two months later, the Britney CPU comes out and the P4 is no longer considered the best CPU.

I remember when 12Mhz processors were great!
With the upgraded 20 Meg HD.
And 1 Meg of RAM, but you had to configure right it to get more then 640K.
