I know my neighbors they all came to introduce themselves when I moved in a little than a year ago. I was invited to join a hockey ligue and play with two of them. I know it is rearer these days but I pick the area because it is nice a friendly. The girls next door even come to my house and ask if they could walk my dog. Very nice area.
