s/k I was an ET for the first nine years. Then converted from ET1 to OT1. Taught at ET school for 3 years in the mid 70s. Ask your detailer if he knows what an OT was. The rate is no longer in existence. :)

Should know that it got a 'open-wood-stove-room' <tell me the correct term> of about 800 square feets with a minor library and the media center.

s/k You could call that the media room, family room, TV lounge. :)

My family room is 20 x 30 and I'm not sure it would do well with 7' screen. I guess it depends on how the furniture is layed out. :o
