Should know that I will be abandoning my berth at the site that is Mobility for a short period whilst I undergo some minor surgery tomorrow morning. All being well I should be fit to return later this week however if you never hear from me again then it means that all flowers, excluding Lily's who will get her own, should be sent to Mortonhall Crematorium labelled with my correct name, Peerless Charvet Passwater IV.

Should know that the wonderful "free at source" National Health Service decided, as I was sitting in my gown and paper pants, to cancel my operation as they now want to do it at a different hospital because it will be safer, whatever that means. I am exceedingly pissed off about this but what can I do?

I will now have to wait until late October / early November. What joy!
