Should know I got 4 PCs, one laptop, several PDA's and 4 oneboard computers - all old
but not compared wit me :o

Should know that most of them are in use on a daily basis:

One is controlling my house climate - saving money

I also intend - by adaptive control - to let it minimize the cost of the hot water supply

One is supervising the security of my house and may report via the internet

One is a multimedia PC attached to my audio, tv and satellite system

One is mainly used as an office PC

My old Palm contains a lot of business informations still valid, keeps track of birthdays and is also used for shopping

My Axim ... well, is used alot :)

S/K - That's too much control for me. I have a programmable thermostat that has seven programs for different times of the year. I have an iPod that can connect to my PC or Stereo. I have a security system which I pay a monthly fee to maintain. Cameras - no, movement sensors - yes.

S/K - If I had the time and monetary resources, I might setup a few computer controlled items around the house. :)

Should know that the power cost is much higher here than in the US - which is a strong intensive to me :)

Should know it was my pleasure to share it with you. Now I'm off to watch some real football as the Champions League is at the quarter final stage and things are hotting up. Unfortunately Aberdeen FC didn't quite make it this year, or any year really, but we live in hope.

Should know it took a looong time and I had to return to a DOS7 (win98) floppy.

My old Norton Utilities was of no help as it couldn't recognize NTFS.

But finally I found a solution - after 10 hours - at least ®
