s/k didnt get a new gun, but did get to shoot an extremly high end match grade airgun, a high powered break barrel rifle, and a match grade target pistol...
with the break brarrol rifle i got all the rounds on the bulls eye
wit hthe target grade rifle i got 3/2 (the first 2 i wasnt used to the gun) on the target
and wit the pistol i got 2/5 o nthe bulls eye, but thats onyl becouse im not used to a pistol that doesnt have any recoil.

S/K last night about 6:00 p.m. some jerk wad took out the telephone pole to which the power to our apt. is attached. This was complicated by the fact that the pole also carried 18,300 amp high tension lines and we were about nine hours out from the impending Nor'easter which we are now getting started with. Our service was ripped off the side of the house has to be replaced fortunately one of the town electrical inspectors was in the area and approved a temporary fix of the old service, we would not have power now if he didn't. It took 4 crews all night to switch all the wires over to the new pole. The vehicle that hit the pole wiping it out got away before it was seen.

S/K Yeah everyone is OK as far as I know it was a Miracle that none of the kids that walk along that area were killed my own kid and his friend had been out 5 minutes earlier on the other side of the street and I thank God it didn't happen on a school morning because the 2 girls that ride the bus with my kid wait right near that pole. It is an area that leads from my neighborhood to the center of town so it is frequented by pedestrians. The fence directly across the street from it has been wiped out on several occasions. I hope they find the person who did it and make an example of them.
