Should know I haven't seen the second one yet, or the third for that matter, but I can almost garuntee it's not worth the hype. None of the thirds are. Spiderman was entertaining, but just not quite the same... Shrek was good and funny, but just wasn't quite as funny as the first or second... I'm sure rocky III wasn't as good as I or II... It's just the way the cookie turns...

s/k that though I agree in general about III's not being as good, some are worth seeing (at a price) and others aren't. Shrek III was worth seeing Star Wars wasn't, Star Trek on the other hand was outstanding. But that is just my opinion.
