If you had lived in GB you'd understand. As my daughter used to say, "I speak the Queen's English" That's because she started school over there and had the accent to go with it. Of course, she lost it after a few years back in the states.
And...if you listen to an Aussie and a Brit, they'll be different too. Kind of like the difference between someone from VA and someone from TX? :)
