By what definition can Nestlé be considered an American company?
Do you guys claim everything as your own?

Isn't Nestlé a Swiss company? :huh
Here's the Smarties I'm talking about.
Welcome to the homepage for Smarties, America's Favorite Candy!
Does that make it more clear?

Copyright infringement is normally so strict in the Land of the Free. How do they get away with it?
Oh I see. They put: Do not confuse our Smarties® with Nestlé chocolate Smarties on their website. All is good then.

I quote:
Quote:
Ce De Candy, Inc. is part of a family tradition of candy that started in England in 1932. In 1949, our Chairman came to America with the dream of making Ce De Candy, Inc. a part of our childhood traditions. Starting with only two wrapping machines, a rented facility and a lot of ingenuity, he succeeded! “Smarties®” is now a household name, and generations of Americans have enjoyed our candy products.
Nestle Smarties have been produced since 1937 so they were the first Smarties. To confirm this Ce De Candy can only sell their Smarties in the US and its "possessions".
Now what was that American company called again?

Why would "helping" be a bad thing?
Now - too much could be a bad thing - right?

What does BUD/S stand for?
Basic UDT/SEAL (Training)
BDU
Battle Dress Uniform.
Chaf, an evacuation of shiny bits from a rear passage to distract a Toblerone tunneler.
Chafe means to irritate or wear away due to rubbing.
Does that help you overcome the acronym obsession of some posters?
