Hmmmm. I take it that it's a storm then? Yes that would count as miserable in my book but to qualify as a Scottish storm it must be proceeded by a plague of almost biblical proportions of midges and then followed by a week of fly fishing under instruction from J. R. Hartley. Winds permitting of course.
