Work
Building I work in is listed, national trust, architects, builders vying for the tender, sorting equipment, and working out how to keep the food going whilst the work happens, setting up a temp kitchen,
As well as my other stuff,
It's going well

Too bad you can't move the current operation to another location while they upgrade the current kitchen. :o
Good luck with your endeavor. :)

As long as it's not too spicey hot. :o
I like to be able to taste my food after 5 minutes of eating.

I just worked out why the bull is making that face
One word, Condiments? Raita, yoghurt, will help your culinary experience with spicy food:approve:

Box fixed the Bull for me. Takes away that constant mean look. :approve:
I like yogurt - but only eat it in the morning. My neighbor, Indian, makes Raita periodically and brings us some. We use it as a dip. Hers isn't too spicy tho. :)
And, why should I have to use a condiment to lessen the spicy food?
I like a little spice - just not so hot it burns your tongue for an hour.

It won't burn for an hour if you use the condiment after you enjoy the heat and flavour!!!

O.K. - and then end up with ulcers like many of my friends? No thanks.
My father was a baker who also taught at the Culinary Arts school in NY. As he always told me, enough spice to bring out the flavor. But, not so much it detracts from the experience. :approve:

Don't wolves eat monkeys as a tasty tea-time treat?
