The scoring is based on the direction. If the top end points directly back at you, it would be perfect. If it pointed to the left or right, the score would be lower.

Pointing directly away from you would be the lowest score. That's how my one and only try went. Trying to lift 100 lbs and toss (flip it) was more than I could manage.

No. Lifting wasn't the problem. Balancing was the hardest part. After the four steps, I just let it drop.
