I think that's just a bit too technologically advanced for the country of AGB's birth.

However I am willing concede that the janitor could have laid claim to his invention, at least that's what the advert says, but who cares about him? This is a country of winners - just look at the Olympics medal table. Where were Upside Down Land anyway? Away shearing their flock I think. Or at least I hope that's all they were doing.
