Right now it's an 8. Used to be a 2. At 60 I've lost some distance off the tee. The control and putting are still there. Having played for over 45 years I have a very deep understanding of the game.

This tournament didn't allow bogeys or above. So, you either had par, birdie, or eagle. They did that to speed things up.

The winner had 5 birdies.

I've never tried golf but I'm very much attempted to because I live just 500 yards away from a nice looking golf club - and it seems to be funny - at least ®

I have many friends who don't understand why they can't play as well as I do. They're lucky if they can shot under 100 for 18 holes. They may be younger & stronger, but, if you can't keep the ball in play you don't shot good scores.
