That's fairly new and I believe it's the SO rating. Basically, SEAL units. That's a pretty tough and demanding occupation in the Navy.

Now the SWCC are the boat crews. That's the SB rating, which, would be a bit different than becoming a SEAL. I believe.

I worked with SEAL teams in NAM. And, again while I was stationed at Dam Neck, VA. Being an east coast person, that's probably where you'd want to be. San Diego would be west coast.
