Of course. I need something to keep me regular you know. How do you cope with watching 42 advert breaks an hour?

This isn't a ramble or a rant but I find it slightly worrisome that every factual American programme we get dumped on us has a complete recap after every commercial break. Are y'all incapable of remembering what you were watching less than two minutes beforehand or were y'all in the kitchen preparing another tasty snack of fried chicken and actually need a recap?
