to do a hard reset, just press REALLY REALLY hard on the reset button on the back with a sharp pointy object

-The axim IS NOT a touch screen PDA. The stylus is there to help you press the buttons.
-If the axim freezes, Thaw it out.

using dell's new voicechat(tm) feature, you can communicate to your axim via talking excrutiatingly loud to it.
unfortunetaly, this product has a few bugs in it so for now, you have to refer to it as Betsy, and it will only work in crowded areas such as libraries and opera houses

Axim is not farming equipment.
Wifi does not give your axim the abilities of a microwave.
