Too much emphasis on PPD. Just post when you want and enjoy the time here. the posts will climb as a result. Make enjoying the site the priority and the rest just happens.

It goes through cycles. Every couple months it comes up again.

Just have fun. It's always exciting to see someone make it to a higher ranking, but posting for the sheer purpose of getting higher brings it down a little.

Sorry to bring it up...{shrug} I am a numbers guy and so it is only an observation of the fact that he is not as everpresent as he was when I first came on board... I for one am interested only in the content... Nonsense like the Word Association is fun but I would rather hear about what people are up to - PC's, hobbies, tech chat, etc.

My kids are great hobbies, hahaha. What's wrong with the word association? It's all about having fun. I am here because it's a great time killer and everyone is pretty cool and it's interesting to hear what other people have to say about certain subject matter.

I bumped the acronym post because I thought it was funny but obviously no one wants to play that game anymore

I got weary of the Accronym thread only cuz my brain got cramped... I go back every now and then. It is better that it moves slow... allows you to spend a little quality thought on a good one instead of a quick post...

Hobbies - PC and anything I can do with em just cuz its possible... Golf... I like most things Sci-fi (like most geeks)...

Right now I only have two. Had three but sold one. My Canon S2 IS is my main one. I kept my old Canon to take with me when I am somewhere I may want pics, but don't want to risk my nice one.
