I would have to believe that. I never used fins until after I joined the Navy and went snorkeling in Hawaii. I couldn't believe the ease of moving around in the water.

Never stationed there. I was on the Big E during the major fire in '69. So, we were in post for 3 months for repairs. Lots of free time for the ETs.

No. I normally do 45 minutes on the bike, then 20 - 30 minutes with the Wii Fit on Thusdays.
