Yeah, tell me about it....yesterday my daughter had a major "brat fit"....we took away her Nintendo DS, no play dates for two months and she came very close to losing her trip to Disneyland which she earned for getting on the Honor Roll....all because she didn't want to do her weekly chores, which should have taken an hour at the very most. :-(
Oh well, I guess it's one of those things that we'll look back on in a few years and laugh....
IMO - That's a bit much for not doing weekly chores. I used to make mine stay home until the chores were done, except for school. That tends to get their attention. Losing out on a trip to Disney for making the honor roll would require something much bigger. Just my "been there" opinion.

You're probably right....she didn't actually lose it, but I came very close to pulling the trigger on that one. You definitely should have seen the fit that she was throwing...very unlike her.
