I have had a very good day:
  • My new Creative Zen MP3 Player turned up from Amazon (along with a copy of The Blind Watchmaker)
  • I had a fantastic experience with DELL online support and now my chipset on the pc is updated
  • The updated firmware means I can now run my Philips VOIP321 Skype 'phone via the pc (rather than my poor laptop)
  • Finally, plug & play has been properly restored!
Days like this don't come along often enough, but when they do, you've just got to tell the world
