Did she have Quebec plates? ;)

top that

That might not be a bad thing. Being in no marriage is SURELY better long term than being in a bad marriage. Sure the short term pain and medium term pain are going to be hard to deal with, but at the end of the day it's HAS to be better.

It must be hard, I can't say I've been in that position, but don't dwell on a broken and possibly bad/loveless marriage. Dwell on the possibility of a fresh starting and finding someone special again. In time.

Not this time Ontario plates. She was wearing one pair of these oversize black sunglasses that you put over your regular glasses. Driving with both her hands placed at 10-2. 70ish maybe.

Well, I talked to her again today, and she said that her keys were missing. I did not know that yesterday.

So...
A)Keys stolen by an employee at work who then stole the car. Which seems highly unlikely.
OR
B)She left her keys somewhere in the mall. Some jerk found them and then stole her car.

It starts off when......
My brother is transfering files from his windows computer to his new computer. During the process it deletes the whole connection link. He reinstalls the SBC Yahoo! software. Then he downloads linksys software which would fix the whole networking proublem. The proublem is my pda doesn't connect to the internet and I keep trying to fix the thing. It detects the network but it wont connect! Maybe it is me but all the windows PC's I have had ruin everything!

Let's see........I went to the county revenue office to renew my driver's license. The camera for the license pics broke for the person before me. Soooo, I decided to go to the county assessor's office to file my paperwork for a real estate tax rebate and their computers were down.

This should probably go in the other "smile" thread because I found it amusing that I struck out on two fairly routine transactions. :rolling:

I came to wrok today and a female coworker of ours is out sick AGAIN. Of her 64 days on the job, she's been out sick & medical leave for 32 days. Even worse is she won't get fired, yet we get repremanded when we bitch about it.

I also got ticked when some dumb schmuck in the left turn only lane this AM decided to go straight instead, so instead of turning around, they stayed still while we had the green left arrow until the light turned green for all so he could go straight. So we were all left to wait for an opening during rush hour to make a turn we could have easily made with the green arrow. Dumba$$!

Coming home last night from a nice vacation and finding a couple of leaks in my roof that were supposed to be fixed. Now I have been told that a simple patch job won't fix it, so time for a new roof. Man this stinks...seems like just when I am about to get something paid off, something else comes along.

Not union, Government! It really drives us nuts. She just gives a sad excuse and whips up some tears and she's good to go.

Well, after working at my job for over 3 years and which takes me about an hour to get to, they decided to lay me off that morning. Now I have to deal with the unemployment insurance people and fight for $159 per week. Then (and this is what really doesn't make me smile) opening the UI check to find that it is only $59 per check. **sigh**

So I'm watching my first Laser Show, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, and this kid whips out his ccllphone to try to take a picture of it. All his keys and the screen light up in a pitch black planeterium. I was not happy.
