Now that's the way to go. It won't be too long before we can do it anywhere.

ctstan, that's a great post! Do they charge a lot for in-flight broadband?

i am flying with Lufthansa - I think it is also offered on United. The charge is 20$ ...... it is a little steep, but like I said ---- worth the price to alleviate boredom on a 7 hour flight. I actually am streaming in a major league soccer game while doing all of this.

Man - even with all the griping we do about connectivity ... I have come a LONG WAY from Prodigy and a 9600 modem :)

Excellent! I can't wait until wireless broadband is offered on all flights! $20 is actually not too bad for a 7 hour flight...and you gotta figure the price will come down as it becomes more popular. Think of the possibilities: surfing, email, streaming movies, VoIP....oh man, starting to drool....

Very cool! :approve: I would definitely fork over $20 for 7 hours of usage!
