I think, they don't accept debit card directly. But surely you can pay by online banking.

yup my card does has a visa logo

debit cards with visa/mc logo can typically be used anywhere visa/mc is accepted, including, Dell

Don't Panic!

I used mine to get my X30 high, my X50v and a couple of PCMCIA Hard drives before Axims even existed. Dell will take your money don't worry. ;)

Dell U.S. takes only credit cards and pre-authorized payments on checking accounts up to a total credit of $2000 U.S. depending on your credit rating.
