I don't know about favorite quote but, my favorite episode is when Homer invents a drink and calls it the 'Flaming Homer' and then Moe finds out that the secret ingredient is cough suryp and steals Homer's idea and calls the drink 'Flaming Moe'. Then, at some point in the show, Homer sleepwalks and keeps saying the word, 'Moe'.
